For Self Pay Clients, payment needs to be made prior to the beginning of each session in full unless other arrangements have been made. If you wish to seek reimbursement for TeleCBT services from your health insurance company, please contact your insurance company to find out their limits of coverage for mental health services. You will also want to determine limits of reimbursement and deductibles. At this time, Care Connected is able to provide you with a Superbill that you may submit to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. The Superbill describes rendered services and relevant fees. If your insurance carrier requires a diagnostic code, your TeleCBT provider will discuss your diagnosis with you before information is submitted for their review.
